Pumpkin Surprise was released as a Limited Edition of only 75 in October 2002 as part of the Treat or Treat series , fully illustrated in the Lorna's News Letters and also in Lorna Bailey's " The Cat-alogue 1 " Book by Dave Lee ( page 45 )
